Job description
Essentia Health in Grand Rapids, MN seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a 8-person team at a new 24-exam room clinic serving Grand Rapids and Deer River. The role offers 0.6–1.0 FTE in a physician-led setting with call, day rotation, and holidays.
Compensation includes a base salary around $345,449 with potential bonuses or production-based incentives, and comprehensive benefits. EPIC EMR is the system, and a 1.0 FTE is available for full-time work.
