Job description
Essentia Health in Valley City, ND seeks a Family Medicine physician (no OB) to join a team with another Family Medicine physician and 2–3 Nurse Practitioners, delivering patient- and family-centered care with a focus on service and quality.
Work is 1.0 FTE, Monday–Friday from 8a–12p and 1p–5p (36 patient contact hours weekly); average 16–20 patients per day; Epic EMR usage; on-site PT, diabetes education, imaging, and outreach services including sports medicine for local schools.
