Job description

Essentia Health's Family Medicine Float Pool is seeking BC/BE physicians for a casual, flexible role across multiple sites including Hermantown and nearby communities. You will join a fast-paced, team-centered environment with no on-call duties and day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation starts at $170/hr or the current casual rate, with potential bonuses and incentives. Collaboration with Advanced Practice Clinicians, RNs, and other specialists is a core element, supported by modern
