Job description
Sentara Medical Group in Lorton, VA is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician for a primary care clinic. The role offers flexible hours, minimal call (phone triaged by RN), and integration within a large, nonprofit health system.
Base pay is guaranteed with annual quality incentives and productivity bonuses. Additional compensation may include sign-on and starting bonuses, residency stipends, and loan repayment eligibility. Sentara provides a robust benefits package and CME support.
