Healthcare Connections in Illinois is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a high-quality outpatient practice affiliated with a respected hospital system along the Mississippi River region.
The ideal candidate is board-certified in Family Medicine with an active Illinois license. You’ll work 100% in outpatient care with a generous compensation package, signing bonus, salary plus multiple bonus options, and generous PTO. No weekends or late nights in this role.
