Job description
Elk Ridge Community Health in Payson, AZ is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our clinic. The role offers a starting base salary of $225,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus and location-based stipend.
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, 30 days of PTO and 9 holidays in the first year, and potential loan forgiveness programs up to $250,000 over 6 years due to the high HPSA score.
