Job description

Essentia Health in Proctor, MN is seeking a Family Physician with optional OB to join a small clinic with 2 MDs and 3 APPs. The schedule runs Mon–Fri, 7 AM–5 PM, totaling 36 patient contact hours in a 1.0 FTE role.

The practice uses EPIC with DAX Ai for efficient care and participates in a shared phone-call system with the Lakewalk clinic to support work-life balance. Compensation includes a base around $308k plus potential incentives.
