Busy practice with instant volume- replacing a recently retired provider
Join the team of 5 ARNP’s and 1 Physician
Traditional outpatient family medicine
Call is 1:6 weeks; phone only- minimal call!
Lab, X-Ray, EKG, behavioral services and family counseling on site
Tenured RN’s and experienced office staff
$ 150,000 bonus package!
Highly competitive compensation package- 2-year income guarantee of $301,290/year+ full benefits package, including paid malpractice and tail coverage, generous PTO, and $6,000/year for CME!
Up to $15,000 in moving allowance
Specialist outreach- including Ortho and Podiatry
Telemedicine and teleradiology available
MercyOne Medical Group- North Iowa
Regional health system covering 14 counties, includes MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, 7 critical access hospitals, and 42 clinics in northern Iowa
30 miles from MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center- Mason City, a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital- named Top 100 Hospital nationally

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowaphysician license;Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
