Job Description
We're seekingaBoard Certified, Family Medicine Physician at our Community Health Clinicin Fort Collins, CO.
We offer:
Starting Annual Salary - $213,100to $247,900
$20k Sign-on Bonus
4-day work week (32 scheduled patient hours per week )
Up to $10k Relocation package

Qualifications
Education:
Graduation from an approved school of allopathic or osteopathic medicine
Experience:
No prior experience
Licensure:
Possess a license to practice medicine in good standing in the State of Colorado
Board certification in family medicine
J1 visa waiver docs are eligible, but board certification has to be in family medicine
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must
Ability to speak Spanish preferred
