Family Medicine Physician
Family Medicine Physician Opportunity in Portage, IN
Titan Placement Group is excited to offer an opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician in Portage, IN. Portage, with its welcoming community and convenient location, provides an excellent environment for a physician dedicated to providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Our clinic is committed to delivering high-quality primary care services to patients in the Portage area.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary Range: $230,000 to $250,000 annually
Vacation: 160 hours
Personal Time: 40 hours
Continuing Medical Education (CME): 40 hours, allowance of $2,500
Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
Life Insurance: 1.5x the provider’s salary
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
401k Plan: matches up to 4%
FTCA Malpractice Insurance
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
Schedules such as 5-8s, 4-10s, ensuring Work / Life Balance.
No On-Call, No Nights, No Weekends.
Full Support Staff to aid in patient care and clinic operations.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care for patients.
Requirements:
Board-certified or Board-eligible Family Medicine Physician
Compassionate, patient-centered approach in primary care
Clear and Active Medical License in the State of Indiana
