Job description
Essentia Health Graceville Clinic is seeking a Family Medicine physician (no OB) to join their Graceville, MN campus. The clinic serves the local community with a team of 1 physician and 3 advanced practitioners, offering 32–36 patient contact hours weekly and on-call coverage 1:4 weekends/holidays.
The physician will lead a care team and collaborate within a broader campus with AL, SNF, Home Health, RHC, and CAH services. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are provided.
