Family Medicine Physician

We’re seeking Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians for hospital-employed positions that offer a rare blend of independence, high patient engagement, and a balanced lifestyle. Position Overview
- Collaborative, high-performing team with strong community ties
- Outpatient-only setting with onsite specialists and in-house lab services
- Flexible schedule: 4-day workweek totaling 36 clinical hours

Compensation & Benefits
- Generous Base Salary
- Quality and productivity bonuses averaging $10,000–$25,000 annually; realistic earnings exceed $300,000
