Position Overview
Holly Tree Family Medicine, part of Bon Secours St. Francis Health System, seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an outpatient primary care practice focused on continuity of care and building long‑term patient relationships.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive family medicine care to an outpatient patient population.
Maintain continuity of care and build long‑term patient relationships.
Collaborate with an experienced clinical support staff within a strong referral network.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Experience in outpatient primary care is preferred.
Commitment to collaborative, patient‑centered care.
