Job description
Emplify Health by Gundersen Holmen Clinic is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative team in Holmen, Wisconsin. In this outpatient role, youll provide broad-scope family medicine care in a supportive, patient-centered setting. This position offers the chance to practice full-spectrum family medicine while working with a team that values teaching, flexibility, and high-quality care.
Position highlights
Work alongside a dedicated team focused on preventive care and building lasting relationships with patients.
Access to 24-hour specialist consultation support.
Outpatient family medicine practice with broad scope and room to tailor your work to your interests.
Opportunity to perform a variety of special procedures.
Opportunity to teach NP/PA students and occasional involvement with medical students and residents.
