Job description
Maine Academy of Family Physicians in Connecticut seeks Family Medicine physicians to join a pioneering care group offering in-office and 24/7 virtual care. You will work in a setting with on-site labs, preventive and chronic care programs, and collaborate with in-person and virtual teams to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements include board certification in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, 2 years of outpatient experience, and a Connecticut license or ability to obtain one.
