Parkview Physicians Group in Columbia City, Indiana, seeks a Board Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join their well-established practice. The position offers a community-focused, patient-centered culture within Parkview Health.
The office is located at 1270 E. S.R. 205, Ste. 210, Columbia City, IN 46725, with hours Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; early starts at 7 a.m. on select days and late until 7 p.m. on Monday and Thursday.
