This is a 25-bed acute care hospital offering a full range of services along with key ancillary services and advanced medical technologies. The facility includes a surgery center performing procedures on a daily basis, as well as comprehensive rehabilitation services including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
Opportunity:
Employed - Family Medicine
Job Details:
Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no call requirements
Join a well-established practice with 6 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers
Patient Centered Medical Home designated clinic
Average daily patient volume of 20 patients
Full support staff including nursing, medical assistants, schedulers, care coordinators, and clerical support
Nursing home rounds included
Access to staff, resources, and technologies needed to make a meaningful impact on patient care
Collaborative and positive work environment with a nationally recognized healthcare organization
Compensation:
Employed salary with benefits.
