Primary Care group seeking a Family Medicine physician to joint their outpatient clinic in Seaford, Delaware! (50mins from Dover and 1.5h from Washington, DC)

Provider's Role with the Company: Family Medicine Physician Location: Seaford, DE (50mins from Dover)
Outpatient primary care in the clinic setting
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. 100% outpatient.
Call: 1 in 6 weekend call. Video or Phone call only.
Estimated Patient Volume: 25 per day
Patient Age: 18+
EMR: Cerner
PA and NP support staff
Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the communities served through timely access to evidence-based acute, preventive, and chronic disease care.
Serve as a role model of professionalism to all members of the interdisciplinary health care team. Collaborates with all other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high performing team.
Provide high-value care; demonstrate good stewardship of resources and consider risks, benefits, and patient preferences when making diagnostic or therapeutic intervention decisions.
Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail.

Base Salary: 230K - 250K
Bonuses available - 30% of production profits annually
Sign On Bonus - 5K on Day 1 and 5K at 1 year anniversary.
