Role Description:
Family Medicine Primary Care
Cleveland, OH
Outpatient Primary Care
M-F: 8am - 5pm schedule
100% Outpatient Medicine
Sick Visits, Medication Management, Chronic Disease Management, etc.
Group has 5 locations and 21 other Family Practice providers
Requirements:
Ohio State Medical License
Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine
Open to J1 or H1B visa as needed
