Job description
Kadlec Clinic is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join their team in South Richland, Washington. Outpatient care only
4–10 hour shift schedules are available
New graduates are encouraged to apply

Favorable provider to support staff ratio
Compensation is between $296,169 and $347,122 per year
Compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra‑shift incentives, as applicable to the position. Providers may have CME benefits available.
Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off and relocation assistance
As a non‑profit organization, Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
