Family Medicine Physician-Kissimmee

Outpatient Primary Care clinic just 25 miles from Orlando offering an excellent work-life balance within a true value-based care model.

$260K–$275K base + up to 20% bonus(up to 300k potential)
Mon–Fri, 8–5 (no nights or weekends)
15–18 patients per day
Small patient panel (~311 ) — more time per patient
Focus on senior population & quality outcomes
Minimal call
