Carson Valley Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for its CVH Primary Care @Ironwood location in Gardnerville, NV. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care, preventive services, and lead patient care teams within a Patient Centered Medical Home and Accountable Care Organization framework.
The role requires MD/DO from an accredited school, active NV license, residency in family medicine, and board certification or eligibility.
