Job description
Provenir Healthcare is looking for a Family or Internal Medicine Physician in Coal Center, Pennsylvania. The provider will be seeing patients in a Free-Standing Healthcare Center.
SHIFT:
Monday-Thursday 8a-4p and Friday 8a-3p - NO ON CALL
REQUIREMENTS: Board Certified/Board Eligible- Required
State Medical License- Required
Active and unrestricted DEA- Required
Ages of patient: Newborn to Geriatric
Physicians that are board certified in Internal Medicine will be considered, as long as they have experience with Children and Family Medicine.
Typical cases seen: Annual wellness visits, physicals, well child visits, sick visits, ER follow up, hospital follow up, pre op visits
