Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of illnesses.
Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized care plans.
Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma with evidence‑based approaches.
Offer counseling and education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care effectively.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical guideline development.
Qualifications
Medical degree from an accredited institution and successful completion of a Family Medicine residency program.
Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice Family Medicine.
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine is preferred.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage a broad spectrum of medical conditions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
