Job description
Sanford Health Luverne is seeking BE/BC Family Medicine physician for 0.75 FTE with three clinic days and hospital call approximately four days per month. A supportive team includes Behavioral Health Counselor, RN Care Manager, PMHNP, and Pharmacist, with shared nursing home responsibility and possible Medical Directorships.
