Family Medicine Physician | Maryland
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $ - $
An established, community-rooted independent practice in Maryland is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician. This practice has been providing comprehensive primary care since the late 1970s and is known for continuity of care, long-term patient relationships, and a highly supportive work environment.
Opportunity Highlights
4-Day Work Week (32 hours total)
3 clinic days: 8:00a–5:00p
1 late day: 10:30a–7:00p
Light, Manageable Call: 1:5 weekends
Very low call volume due to extended practice hours
Partnership consideration within 12–18 months
