Approved Salary: $200,000-$250,000/year, plus benefits

The Dimock Center is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team in providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care to our diverse urban community.

This is a unique opportunity for a mission-driven, collaborative physician interested in building a practice that reflects their individual training and clinical interests. The role offers flexibility to practice across adult primary care, pediatrics, and reproductive and women's health, with the specific clinical mix tailored to the interests and expertise of the successful candidate.

Whether your interests include caring for patients across the lifespan, focusing primarily on adults and adolescents, incorporating pediatric care, or maintaining a strong reproductive health component within your practice, we are interested in developing a role that makes the best use of your skills.

We welcome candidates who bring ideas and interests in population health, quality improvement, preventive care, and community-based initiatives and are excited to support physicians in developing projects aligned with their interests and expertise.

The Dimock Center is a federally qualified community health center in Roxbury, Massachusetts, dedicated to healing and uplifting individuals, families, and communities. Our vision is to redefine healthy communities through equitable access to comprehensive healthcare and education, grounded in respect, excellence, and inclusion.

Physicians are not expected to practice in all three areas.
