Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive care to individuals and families throughout their lifespan, from children to seniors.
Oversee chronic disease management, preventive services, urgent care, and mental health issues with a patient-first mindset.
Perform physical evaluations, analyze diagnostic tests, and create tailored care plans.
Engage with care coordinators, mental health providers, and specialists to provide well-rounded patient care.
Contribute to quality improvement projects that aim to elevate patient outcomes and operational efficiencies.
Maintain current patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Provide healthcare in person and through telemedicine to best meet patient preferences.
Education Requirements
MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Possession of (or eligibility for) an active Arizona medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated diagnostic and clinical expertise, emphasizing preventive care.
