Role Responsibilities
Deliver extensive ongoing care for patients of all ages, from children to the elderly.
Oversee chronic conditions, preventative measures, acute illnesses, and mental health with a focus on patient engagement.
Perform thorough physical exams, analyze diagnostic results, and customize treatment plans for individuals.
Work in conjunction with care coordinators, mental health experts, and specialized doctors to ensure comprehensive care.
Engage in quality enhancement initiatives aimed at improving patient care and operational efficiency.
Maintain precise and current patient records using electronic medical records (EMR).
Provide both in-person and virtual appointments to meet the diverse preferences of patients.
Education Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Completion of a fully accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
Eligible for (or possess) a valid Colorado medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications are highly recommended.
Skills and Experience
Excellent diagnostic capabilities and clinical skills focused on preventative and proactive care.
