Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive care to individuals and families, spanning from pediatric to geriatric needs.
Oversee chronic illness management, preventive measures, urgent care, and mental health support through a patient-centric approach.
Administer physical examinations, analyze diagnostic tests, and craft individualized treatment strategies.
Collaborate with care managers, mental health professionals, and other specialists to provide holistic health interventions.

Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure precise, current patient documentation.
Provide care in-person and via telehealth options to meet diverse patient needs.
Education Requirements
MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Certifications
Board Certified in Family Medicine.
Possession of (or eligibility for) an active California medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications are desirable.
Skills and Experience
