Job description

Embrace Your Calling in a Thriving Community in the Heart of North Carolina

Imagine stepping into your next position not just as a job but as a transformative journey—one that allows you to provide impactful, relationship-centered healthcare while establishing roots in one of the most enriching and vibrant areas of the country. Here in North Carolina, where the beauty of nature unfolds in every direction, this is where you'll discover more than an opportunity; you'll uncover your true home.

We are inviting a compassionate, board-certified Family Medicine Physician to become part of our dedicated team focused on high-quality, patient-focused primary care. In this unique role, you will have the chance to blend advanced medical practices with the age-old art of connection. Rather than simply treating ailments, you will partner with your patients on their lifelong health journeys. Our commitment extends to comprehensive, whole-person care, value-based methodologies, and innovative team collaboration, enabling you to balance a meaningful professional life with personal well-being.

If you are poised to cultivate your practice in a community that cherishes health, creativity, and authentic connection, we invite you to explore a future that is as fulfilling as it is rewarding.

Role Responsibilities

Deliver holistic, ongoing care for patients and families through all stages of life, from childhood to older age.

Address chronic diseases, preventive measures, acute medical issues, and mental health challenges with a patient-centered focus.

Perform physical evaluations, analyze diagnostic results, and create individualized care strategies.

Engage with care coordinators, mental health professionals, and specialists to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.

Take part in quality enhancement initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and boosting operational success.

Make use of electronic medical records (EMR) to maintain precise, current patient information.

Provide care both in-person and through telehealth to meet the unique needs and preferences of our patients.

Education Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.

Completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine.

Certifications

Board Certification in Family Medicine.

Current eligibility for or possession of an active North Carolina medical license.

BLS and ACLS certifications are strongly encouraged.

Skills and Experience

Proficient diagnostic and clinical capabilities with a strong emphasis on preventive and proactive care techniques.

Familiarity with value-based care frameworks and a desire for continuous growth and improvement.

Outstanding communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with technology, experienced in using EMR systems and telemedicine applications.

A deep passion for delivering compassionate and inclusive care to a diverse patient population.

Benefits

Attractive base salary with productivity incentives and a signing bonus.

Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.

Generous paid time off and holiday schedule.

Continuing medical education (CME) allowance plus paid CME days.

401(k) plan with employer matching.

A collaborative, physician-led setting that prioritizes career development and well-being.

Opportunities for shareholder pathways and leadership roles.

Modern clinic facilities supported by robust administrative and technical teams.

Envision a place where lively city energy intertwines with the tranquil backdrop of lush landscapes. This is what North Carolina offers—an area recognized not only for its scenic beauty but also for its cultural diversity, innovation, and welcoming community spirit.

In this vibrant locale, your day might start with team discussions on case management and end with a leisurely stroll along the Eno River or a gathering at a local brewery. Farmers' markets brim with fresh produce, outdoor eateries serve up mouth-watering barbecue, and the musical soundscape is alive with local talent performing in cozy venues.

Whether you're a nature enthusiast, a family eager for excellent educational opportunities, or a culinary aficionado seeking delicious finds, life here is intentionally fulfilling. People connect, engage, and support one another in community gardens, local sports teams, and school events, while health and wellness seamlessly integrate into daily routines from fitness studios to wellness shops that sprinkle nourishment throughout the community.

This is also a region where your financial investment yields significant results. With no state income tax and an affordable cost of living, you will find that you can enjoy a rewarding career alongside a satisfying lifestyle. Revel in more moments outdoors, pursue your passions, and invest in your relationships—all while making a difference through your work.

We seek a Family Medicine Physician who understands the broader picture, exhibits genuine care, and enters each day ready to connect effectively. If you desire to practice medicine in a way that values patients over paperwork, and you are excited to work in a community that embraces your overall quality of life, this moment is yours for the taking.

Bring your purpose to North Carolina, where your career and your life can blossom side by side, and where your influence can extend beyond the confines of the clinic.

Apply today to take the next step toward a position that transcends a typical paycheck—it's your gateway to purpose, connection, and lasting impact.
