Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive, ongoing care for individuals and families through all life stages, from kids to seniors.
Address chronic conditions, provide preventive care, manage acute illnesses, and attend to mental wellness—all with a patient-first mindset.
Perform physical examinations, analyze diagnostic tests, and craft personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Collaborate with care teams, mental health specialists, and various professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at elevating patient outcomes and achieving operational excellence.
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to maintain precise, up-to-date patient data.
Offer both in-person and virtual consultations to meet the diverse needs and preferences of your patients.
Education Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Eligible for (or currently possess) a valid California medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications are advantageous.
Skills and Experience
Robust diagnostic and clinical abilities, with a focus on preventive and proactive health measures.
