Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals and families at every stage of life, from children to seniors.
Manage chronic conditions alongside preventive measures, acute issues, and mental health needs with a focus on the patient experience.
Perform physical examinations, interpret diagnostic results, and create tailored treatment plans.

Education Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
Completion of a Family Medicine residency from a recognized program.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Eligible for or currently possess an active Indiana medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
