Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive, continuous care to individuals and families of all ages, from children to seniors.
Address chronic diseases, preventive health needs, acute conditions, and mental health issues while keeping patient care at the forefront.
Perform physical assessments, interpret diagnostic results, and create tailored health management plans.
Work in tandem with care coordinators and specialists to guarantee well-rounded care for every patient.

Education Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
Completed an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Eligible for (or currently possess) an active California medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
