What You Will Do
Deliver thorough, ongoing medical care for individuals and families, spanning all age groups from children to seniors.

Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program.
Necessary Credentials
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Eligibility for (or currently holding) an active Arizona medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
