Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive care to individuals and families throughout all stages of life, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
Address chronic conditions, preventative care, acute health issues, and mental health challenges with an empathetic, patient-first attitude.
Perform thorough physical examinations, evaluate diagnostic tests, and formulate personalized treatment strategies.
Collaborate with care coordinators, mental health specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated, comprehensive care.
Engage in quality improvement projects aimed at elevating patient outcomes and enhancing operational quality.
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for meticulous and current patient documentation.
Provide care both in-person and via telemedicine, adapting to patient preferences.
Education Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
Completion of a Family Medicine residency from an accredited program.
Certifications:
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Active Alabama medical license or eligibility for licensure.
BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
Skills and Experience:
