Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive, continuous care for individuals and families of all ages, from children to seniors.
Effectively manage chronic diseases, preventive health, acute health issues, and mental health requirements with a patient-first mindset.
Perform physical exams, interpret diagnostic assessments, and create tailored treatment plans.
Work alongside care coordinators, mental health experts, and specialists to provide integrated healthcare solutions.
Engage in quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and operational effectiveness.
Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) to keep precise, current patient documentation.
Provide care both in-person and through virtual consultations to meet varied patient preferences.
Education Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited institution.
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Must be eligible for (or currently possess) an active California medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications are advantageous.

Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities with an emphasis on preventive healthcare.
