Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive, continuous care to individuals and families throughout their lives, spanning from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Manage chronic diseases, offer preventive care, address acute health issues, and support mental health with a patient-focused ethos.
Conduct thorough assessments, interpret diagnostic results, and create tailored treatment approaches.
Work hand-in-hand with care coordinators, behavioral health experts, and specialists to ensure comprehensive well-being.
Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing quality of care and operational success.
Employ electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure precise, current patient documentation.
Extend care options both in-person and virtually to meet individual patient preferences.
Education Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited institution.
Successful completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Active Kentucky medical license or eligibility for one.
BLS and ACLS certifications are preferable.
Skills and Experience
Exceptional diagnostic and clinical abilities with a strong focus on preventive and proactive healthcare.

Strong communication, teamwork, and relational skills.
Proficient with technology, including EMRs and telehealth platforms.
