Role Responsibilities
Deliver holistic, ongoing care for patients of all ages, from children to seniors.
Manage chronic illnesses, preventive care, acute conditions, and mental health issues through a patient-centered lens.
Conduct thorough physical assessments, analyze diagnostic tests, and create tailored treatment plans.
Work alongside care coordinators, mental health professionals, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Engage in quality improvement efforts that lead to optimized patient outcomes and operational effectiveness.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic medical records to ensure seamless care delivery.
Provide care options that include both in-person and virtual appointments to best serve your patients' needs.
Education Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Eligible for (or currently in possession of) an active Texas medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
Skills and Experience
Robust clinical and diagnostic capabilities with a focus on preventive care.
