Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive, continuous care for individuals and families throughout their lives, catering to all age groups from young children to seniors.
Effectively manage chronic illnesses, preventive healthcare, urgent health issues, and mental health challenges, all while adhering to a patient-first philosophy.
Perform physical assessments, analyze diagnostic results, and craft tailored treatment strategies.
Work closely with care coordinators, mental health experts, and specialists to provide extensive and compassionate care.
Engage in quality enhancement initiatives to improve patient experiences and healthcare outcomes.
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for maintaining precise, current patient information.

Education Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Active Nevada medical license eligibility (current or to be acquired).
BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
Skills and Experience
Proficient diagnostic and clinical skills focusing on preventive and proactive care.
