Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive healthcare services for individuals and families throughout their lives, from pediatric to geriatric ages.
Oversee chronic disease management, preventive measures, unforeseen illnesses, and mental wellness with a patient-centric lens.
Perform physical examinations, analyze diagnostic tests, and create individualized treatment strategies.
Work alongside care coordinators, mental health experts, and specialty providers to ensure integrated care.
Engage in ongoing quality improvement efforts that drive patient success and operational efficiency.
Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) to maintain up-to-date and accurate patient documentation.
Provide care both in-person and through telehealth to meet diverse patient preferences and needs.
Education Requirements
MD or DO from a recognized medical school.
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Eligible (or in possession of) an active Oklahoma medical license.
Preferred BLS and ACLS certifications.
Skills and Experience
Robust diagnostic and clinical skills, emphasizing preventive and proactive care.
