Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive care for individuals and families across all age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Provide management for chronic conditions, preventive care, acute healthcare needs, and mental health issues with a patient-first mentality.
Conduct thorough physical examinations, interpret diagnostic results, and create tailored treatment plans.

Education Requirements
MD or DO from a recognized medical school.
Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Possess or be eligible for an active New York medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
