Role Responsibilities
Deliver all-encompassing, ongoing care to individuals and families from infancy to advanced age.
Manage chronic illnesses, provide preventive care, address acute medical issues, and attend to mental health needs through a patient-first lens.
Administer thorough physical evaluations, interpret diagnostic findings, and establish tailored treatment plans.
Collaborate with coordinators, behavioral specialists, and other healthcare experts to guarantee holistic patient support.

Employ electronic medical records (EMR) to keep precise and current patient information.

Education Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from a recognized medical institution.
Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency program approved by accreditation entities.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Eligible for (or currently possess) an active California medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
