Role Responsibilities
Provide thorough, ongoing medical care for individuals and families throughout their lifespan, including pediatric to geriatric services.
Oversee chronic issues, offer preventive guidance, manage acute medical needs, and address mental health concerns with a patient-centered outlook.
Conduct physical evaluations, interpret lab results, and formulate personalized care strategies.
Work alongside care coordinators, behavioral health experts, and specialty providers to deliver comprehensive healthcare.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at boosting patient results and enhancing operational success.
Utilize electronic medical record systems to maintain accurate and current patient information.
Provide care in both in-person and virtual formats to meet diverse patient needs.
Education Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited institution.
Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Current eligibility for (or possession of) an active California medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications are a plus.
Skills and Experience
Excellent diagnostic and clinical capabilities with a focus on preventive health.

Proficient with technology, including EMR systems and telehealth platforms.
