Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive care for individuals and families throughout their lives, catering to everyone from children to seniors.
Address chronic illness management, preventive care, urgent health issues, and mental well-being, always with the patient at the center.
Perform thorough physical examinations, analyze diagnostic results, and create tailored treatment plans.
Collaborate with care coordinators, specialists, and mental health experts to ensure a complete care approach.
Engage in quality improvement efforts to enhance patient outcomes and operational success.
Maintain accurate patient documentation through electronic medical records (EMR).
Provide care through in-person visits and virtual consultations to accommodate diverse patient needs.
Education Requirements
MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency program.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Eligible for (or currently holds) a valid medical license in Arizona.
BLS and ACLS certifications are advantageous.
Skills and Experience
Exceptional diagnostic capabilities with an emphasis on preventive care.
