Role Responsibilities
Provide holistic, continuous care to individuals and families at all life stages, from children to seniors.
Address chronic diseases, preventive services, acute health issues, and mental health matters with a focus on patient-first practices.
Perform thorough physical assessments, analyze diagnostic results, and establish personalized treatment plans.
Work alongside care managers, mental health experts, and specialists to ensure patient-centered care.

Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to maintain comprehensive and accurate patient details.

Education Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Eligible for (or already possess) an active California medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
Skills and Experience
Competent clinical and diagnostic abilities with a strong focus on preventive and proactive care.
