Job description
Healthcare Connections is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a full-time role 30 minutes from South Bend in Northeastern Indiana. The practice is busy and focused on comprehensive primary care in a PCMH model. Board Certified physicians with Indiana license are encouraged to apply.
Salary is salaried with an annual bonus; the schedule is Monday–Friday with 32 clinical hours and 8 administrative hours per week. Loan repayment options may be available, enhancing the overall package.
