Family Medicine / Primary Care Physician
Morgantown Metro Area | West Virginia
A leading health system in West Virginia is seeking Family Medicine / Primary Care physicians to join a growing network of ambulatory practices surrounding the Morgantown metro area. This is an outpatient-only opportunity offering flexibility, competitive compensation, and minimal call.
Practice Highlights:
AmbulatoryFamily Medicine / Primary Care
Full-scope FM (OB not required)
No inpatient responsibilities
Adult medicine focus across sites
Minimal,phone-only call -1 week per quarter
Competitive base salary with productivity incentive
Quality Incentive - 1% of base salary per metric (6-7 quality metrics available)
$20,000 sign-on bonus
Training stipend available
$10,000 relocation stipend
