The facility operates with established protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery, with on-site support staff to assist with daily clinical operations. Clinical workflows are structured to address the primary care needs of the patient population served.

About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to adult patients at a correctional facility in Massachusetts, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The expected caseload is 6-8 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary care conditions within a structured correctional environment. On-site support includes 3 medical assistants, nursing staff, a director of nursing, and a care coordinator. Prescriptive authority is required, and any state license will be accepted; credentialing for this position is estimated at 30 days.
