Job description
Intermountain Health is opening a new Family Medicine clinic in Fruita, CO in Spring/Summer 2027. The role involves leading care with one APP, collaborating with nurses, MAs, a NP, care coordinators and behavioral health colleagues to deliver comprehensive care.
You will join a nationally recognized system, participate in credentialing, and receive a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance where applicable.
